Giovanni did a beautiful job on our complete bathroom gut and remodel in our 1926 Heights home. Historical homes have all kinds of surprises and difficulties, especially when you start opening up walls and floors while moving electrical and plumbing. Our project had our share of issues - nothing Giovanni could have anticipated. He persevered and worked with us, though. I can promise that he will stand by his word and get the job right, no matter how painstaking it can be. His finish guy came several times after the project was substantially complete to get all the little details perfect - these are little details no one would notice until they start using the space. Giovanni made sure every single detail was to our (very critical, mind you) liking. The bathroom is gorgeous. The pics and video don’t do the transformation justice. I want to stress how impressed I was with Giovanni as a man of his word and businessman. A lot of contractors would have folded, up-charged us, or change ordered the project to death. We had a detailed contract upfront and he stood by it, even when I know it cost him personal time and money. I gained a ton of respect for him throughout a very difficult project. There are no straight lines or levels in old houses like ours. It makes a job like this very difficult, but the results speak for themselves. My wife and I love our new bathroom space and enjoy every moment in it now. I highly recommend Giovanni and Luxurious Construction. I continued on with numerous much needed electrical repairs and ceiling light installation done by Weldon. The employees came when scheduled and were professional and pleasant. And he really takes the time to listen and understand what you want done...We had an awful experience with a previous contractor, so we were hesitant to get a new one mid remodel, but he was just what we needed...He fixed the problems of the previous contractor, and he has specialists for everything, carpentry, brick mason, painter, etc...He doesn't just send a handyman to figure it out as they go.
